The Apple Tree Restaurant is now the Apple Tree Grill featuring an all new menu and a nostalgic theme that brings to life Apple Tree’s homegrown heritage in farming the orchards surrounding the golf course and throughout West Valley. 

Shawn Balles, Apple Tree’s Food & Beverage Manager, is eager to unveil several new menu items.  “In preparation for the launch, we’ve placed a great deal of emphasis on introducing new signature items we believe will join the likes of our famous Applewood Smoked Prime Rib as true guest favorites.”  Highlights on the new menu include an expanded offering of Applewood Smoked meats, a dozen different meal-sized salads, a lighter side menu for those with smaller appetites, a value-priced happy hour menu, new desserts, and an extensive list of beers, wines, and specialty cocktails.

In addition to launching an expanded menu, a nostalgic theme that truly embraces Apple Tree’s special heritage will become an integral part of the Apple Tree Grill experience according to Jon Kinloch, Apple Tree Resort’s General Manager and Director of Marketing.  “From the moment guests enter the building, they will be introduced to an authentic story—not a manufactured theme.  When they look at the framed photos decorating the walls and the antique orchard tools that were used on-site 90 years ago, they will be looking at a very real slice of history.”

The Apple Tree Grill is open Monday through Saturday from 8:30am to 8:00pm and Sunday 8:30am to 2:00pm.  For reservations, call (509) 966-7140.
