FUTURE CONDOMINIUM PROJECTS AT APPLE TREE

Apple Tree has plans for two separate condominium projects in the future.  One is the Vistas II, a 15-unit, four-story condominium building with underground parking garage, elevator access, and spectacular views of the entire south side of the golf course.  The building will include six 2BR, 1,784 square foot units, six 2,332 square foot units, and three exclusive 3BR Penthouse units ranging between 2,716-2,808 square feet.  For floor plans and tentative pricing, click here.
